Julian Klausner tipped for top Dries Van Noten role
Following the departure of its founder and creative director earlier this year in June, Dries Van Noten may promote a new creative director from within the company, according to industry sources. Julian Klausner, who has been working as the women’s wear designer at Dries Van Noten since 2018, is seen as the top candidate for the role. Dries Van Noten has yet to comment on the news. According to available information, Julian Klausner graduated from La Cambre, the Brussels School of Visual Arts and Fashion, and has previously interned at Thom Browne, Kenzo, and Maison Margiela before being hired as a junior designer at Dries Van Noten in 2016.
