Chinese tech giant Xiaomi reported a strong third-quarter performance, with revenue reaching 92.5 billion RMB ($12.8 billion), a 30.5% YoY increase, driven by its entry into the electric vehicle (EV) market. Deliveries of its SU7 EV, launched in March, reached 39,790 units, generating 9.5 billion RMB ($1.3 billion) in revenue and contributing to Xiaomi’s milestone of producing 100,000 vehicles by mid-November. The smartphone business, a core segment, saw revenue rise 13.9% to 47.5 billion RMB ($6.6 billion), though growth slowed compared to the previous quarter. Overall quarterly profit climbed 9.7% to 5.3 billion RMB ($730 million).
