TikTok Shop’s US platform achieved record-breaking gross merchandise volume (GMV) of $793 million in October, up 14.6% MoM, it was reported yesterday. The platform’s top 10 categories contributed a combined GMV of $551.6 million, up 18.5% from the previous month. Beauty and personal care, women’s apparel and lingerie, and health products remained the top three categories, collectively accounting for 39.29% of the total GMV. Notably, all top 10 categories saw growth of at least 10.3%, with fashion accessories and collectibles showing particularly significant gains.
