Estée Lauder partners with OpenAI for beauty innovation

Beauty conglomerate Estée Lauder last week announced a partnership with OpenAI, which has developed over 240 models for product development and marketing. Estée Lauder employees will be able to use ChatGPT Enterprise to explore internal brand databases, consumer surveys, and multi-brand archive files. Jane Lauder, the group’s Chief Data Officer, emphasized that the initiative aims to safeguard Estée Lauder’s 75 years of accumulated core data assets.
