Proya’s Q3 revenue surges 32.7% to $955M

China’s leading domestic beauty brand Proya announced its third-quarter report on October 25, showing revenue of 6.966 billion RMB ($955 million) for the first three quarters, a 32.72% YoY increase. Net profit reached 999 million RMB ($138 million), up 33.95%. The main brand Proya and skincare products accounted for 84% of revenue at 1.654 billion RMB ($229 million). The beauty category, led by Caitang, contributed 233 million RMB ($32 million), while hair care generated 75.2 million RMB ($10.4 million). Growth slowed in Q3 due to fewer promotional activities compared to major events earlier in the year, but Proya’s growth still outpaced most beauty brands.
