Swiss luxury brand Bally has appointed Ennio Fontana as its new CEO, succeeding Nicolas Girotto, who left the company at the end of September. Fontana previously served as managing director at brands including Dsquared2, Cavalli, and Philipp Plein. Founded in 1851, Bally specializes in footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear, with Simone Bellotti as its creative director since 2022. In August, Bally was acquired by Californian investment firm Regent LP, which also owns brands like Club Monaco and Escada, although the transaction's value was not disclosed.
