JD Logistics announced a partnership with Taotian Group on October 16. JD Logistics will fully integrate with the Taobao/Tmall platform, providing services to Taobao/Tmall merchants that cover the entire supply chain process, including warehousing, express delivery, and freight. Taobao/Tmall users will benefit from services like home delivery, on-demand pick-up and delivery, and door-to-door returns. The system integration is nearly complete, allowing Taobao/Tmall merchants to choose JD Logistics as their service provider, while consumers can track JD Logistics shipments within the Taobao and Tmall apps.
