Uniqlo revamps Hong Kong strategy with new stores, services
Fast Retailing’s Uniqlo announced that it will adjust its operational model in Hong Kong to better meet local market demands. This year, Uniqlo opened four new and renovated stores in Hong Kong and introduced a new customer experience, including the ReUniqlo Studio for clothing repair and alteration services. Additionally, Uniqlo launched an outfit inspiration app. The Tsuen Wan Citywalk store opened in September, nearly doubling its previous size. Next month, Uniqlo will open its third store in Macau at The Londoner. The Taikoo City store is scheduled for renovation completion in November, incorporating flagship store elements. In December, Uniqlo will collaborate for the first time with its sister brand Gu to jointly enter the Kai Tak Retail Hub store.
