Data from the Qunar platform reveal that as of September 12, international flight bookings for the National Day holiday have doubled compared to the same period last year. Bookings cover 1,597 cities across 144 countries, with more than half of the new destination countries being in Africa. Orders from residents of third-tier cities and below have increased by 2.5 times compared to last year, accounting for nearly 20% of total bookings.
