From September 1 to 30, the store will hold a closing sale with discounts of up to 70%. According to the statement, this closure is part of the brand’s business direction adjustment. The R130 store in Chengdu will continue to operate through the Triple Major store-in-store model, and new projects are currently in preparation. It is worth noting that the boutique industry has faced ongoing performance challenges in recent years and has seen accelerated consolidation this year. For instance, Hong Kong boutique Joyce closed its flagship store in Central Hong Kong in August 2022 and its store at Shanghai’s Hang Lung Plaza in January of the following year.
