Lululemon to debut at China import expo as sales surge

Lululemon has announced its debut at the 7th China International Import Expo from November 5 to 10 this year. The brand will focus on the theme of Experience First and showcase innovative products across various categories. Founded in 1998, Lululemon entered the Chinese market in 2013 and opened its first physical stores there in 2016. By the fiscal year 2026, China is expected to become the brand’s second-largest global market. In Q1 2024, Lululemon reported a 10% YoY increase in sales to $2.21 billion, an 11% increase at constant currency rates, with international market revenue up 35% and revenue in China surging 45%.
