EV maker Neta sees 154% overseas sales growth

Chinese brand Neta Auto reported overseas sales of 17,687 cars in the first half of 2024, a 154% YoY increase, claiming leadership among Chinese new energy vehicle start-ups. These sales, primarily from factories in Thailand and Indonesia, position Neta as second in Thailand’s new energy vehicle market with a nearly 20% share, driven by the locally produced Neta V-II. Neta’s cumulative overseas sales have surpassed 35,000 units, and it aims to enter 50 markets and achieve 100,000 units by year’s end.
