Starting September 26, China Eastern Airlines will introduce two new nonstop routes to Italy: from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Venice Marco Polo Airport, and from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport to Milan Malpensa Airport. Both routes will operate three times a week using Airbus A330 aircraft. This month, there will be approximately 1.8 million two-way seats available between China and Europe, reaching 91% of 2019 levels, with Chinese carriers providing about 75% of the capacity.
