China Duty Free Group released its 2024 interim performance report, showing a 12.81% decline in total operating revenue to 31.26 billion RMB ($4.87 billion), and a 14.94% decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to 3.29 billion RMB ($513 million). The gross profit margin of the main business in the second quarter was 33.29%, an increase of 0.82 percentage points year-on-year, indicating a continuous improvement in the company’s main business gross profit margin.
