Di Huang is a leading fashion writer focused on Chinese fashion, lifestyle, and diverse cultures. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design and worked for Opening Ceremony and Rick Owens before returning to Shanghai as a journalist.
She is the first Chinese fashion writer to track the body-positivity movement in mainland China. Di Huang has an extensive portfolio of interviews, having spoken with Daniel Roseberry, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Isabel Marant, and many others. She is also known for her social account on Xiaohongshu @塑料草莓 which focuses on feminism and fashion equality rights.
