LuxExperience posts first revenue rise post-merger

LuxExperience reported net sales of 645.1 million euros ($673.3 million) for Q2, up 1.1% YoY, or 5.7% at constant currency. GMV rose 0.2% to 684.8 million euros ($714.7 million), up 4.7% on a currency-neutral basis. This marks the group’s first revenue increase since acquiring Yoox Net-a-Porter. Adjusted EBITDA came in at 13.2 million euros ($13.8 million), representing a 2% margin. Mytheresa delivered strong performance with net sales rising to 242.7 million euros ($253.3 million). Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter posted a 1% decline in net sales but grew 6% at constant currency. Yoox saw net sales fall 7.3%.
