Eastroc Beverage eyes $1.3B Hong Kong IPO
Chinese energy drink leader Eastroc Beverage has launched its Hong Kong initial public offering, aiming to raise approximately $1.3 billion. The listing would mark the largest-ever soft drink IPO on the Hong Kong exchange. The company, best known for its “Dongpeng Special Drink,” is already listed in Shanghai and dominates China’s functional beverage market with a 26.3% volume share. The Qatar Investment Authority has emerged as the lead cornerstone investor, committing $150 million to the offering.
