XPeng Motors plans to establish localized supply chain teams in Europe and ASEAN by 2026. The move follows its launch of local production in those markets in 2025 and is part of XPeng’s strategy to deepen overseas operations. CEO He Xiaopeng stated on January 12 that overseas growth is expected to outpace China this year, with overseas sales potentially matching domestic sales within three to 10 years. All of XPeng’s core product lines, including smart cars, Robotaxi, robotics, and flying cars, are being developed for the global market, with full globalization planned from 2026 to 2030.
