Omega names Olympic speed skater Gao Tingyu ambassador
Swiss watchmaker Omega has announced Chinese speed skater Gao Tingyu as its newest celebrity ambassador. As the gold medalist and Olympic record holder in the Men’s 500m event at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, Gao has demonstrated precise control over speed and performance across multiple games, including PyeongChang and Beijing, as well as recent international competitions. For this partnership, he is wearing the Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 special edition timepiece, which incorporates design elements inspired by winter sports. Gao will wear this watch as he competes at the upcoming 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.
