The debut coincides with Tmall’s annual Double 11 (Single’s Day) shopping festival. The store began sales on October 20, offering classic timepieces from Omega’s four major collections: Constellation, Seamaster, Speedmaster, and De Ville. The online flagship maintains the same five-year warranty standard as physical boutiques. This launch provides Chinese consumers their first opportunity to purchase Omega watches directly through an official e-commerce channel. The store offers complementary services including exclusive gift packaging and personalized card customization.
