The 2026 Beijing Michelin Guide honored 99 restaurants on October 29, including two new two-star winners: Blackswan and Lamdre. Three restaurants earned one star for the first time. For the first time in mainland China, four individual awards were also presented, including the Mentor Chef Award to Zhang Yifeng of three-star Chao Shang Chao. Michelin’s Gwendal Poullennec praised Beijing’s culinary diversity and rising independent chefs.
