Gucci tops new Cultural Currency Index ranking

According to the newly launched Cultural Currency Index (CCI) by consulting firm Annex, Gucci secured top position with a perfect score of 100 points. The brand’s recent film project The Tiger generated significant online engagement and search traffic, while concurrent see-now-buy-now limited-time promotions in select stores translated cultural activities into commercial results. The inaugural index ranks Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Prada, and The Attico following Gucci. Developed over two years, the CCI links social media performance, search data, and web traffic with economic indicators including consumer demand and stock performance. The index offers brands an actionable framework for evaluating cultural assets and marketing initiatives.
