Reebok profit rises following ABG acquisition
Reebok International reported increased revenue and profit for 2024 under Authentic Brands Group ownership. Group net profit rose to $179.93 million, while revenue grew to $302.489 million, derived entirely from global royalty income. The company attributed improved performance to expanded global business, enhanced licensee performance, and reduced operating costs following its 2022 acquisition. Recent strategic moves include a June 2025 partnership with Slam Jam to expand in North America and Europe, and the appointment of Galaxy Universal in February to manage footwear operations and global product creation.
