Lina Ly joined The Estée Lauder Companies on August 25 as Senior Vice President, Travel Retail, Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, she will oversee business leads, brand teams, and supporting functions for the APAC travel retail business, reporting to Senior Vice President/General Manager, Travel Retail Worldwide Olivier Dubos. Ly brings over 20 years of leadership experience with prestige and luxury brands, most recently serving as L’Occitane Group Managing Director Asia-Pacific. Her previous roles include General Manager positions at Lancôme Travel Retail Asia-Pacific and Chanel China Fragrances and Beauty Division.
