Prada hosted its “Galleria Encounter” show at Shanghai’s historic Rong Zhai residence from September 19 to 21. The event transformed the century-old mansion into a stage where cinema and fashion intersect, inspired by dialogue between film language and Prada’s Galleria handbag. Highlights included outdoor cinema screenings, guided tours, cinematic art, and a street market featuring vinyl records, books, and interactive installations. The event included a special menu at Mi Shang Prada Rong Zhai by chef Riccardo La Perna, with dishes inspired by past Galleria designs.
