Chinese-owned Lanvin Group’s revenue falls 22% in H1 2025

Lanvin Group reported revenue of 133 million euros ($145 million) for H1 2025, down 22% YoY. Gross profit fell 26.8% to 71.9 million euros ($78.4 million), while adjusted operating losses widened to 52 million euros ($56.7 million). Lanvin label sales plummeted 42.1% to 27.9 million euros ($30.4 million), with Greater China declining over 60%. Other brands weakened: Sergio Rossi fell 25%, Wolford dropped 22.6%, and Caruso declined 10.7%. St. John remained stable with a 0.8% decline. The Group attributed the downturn to luxury market weakness and creative transitions.
