Lanvin Group quietly seeks buyers amid 23% revenue decline

According to MissTweed, citing sources familiar with the matter, Lanvin Group is quietly seeking potential buyers for its portfolio of fashion brands, though no formal bids have been received. The brands reportedly under consideration for sale include the historic French fashion house Lanvin (founded in 1889), Italian shoemaker Sergio Rossi, Austrian luxury hosiery brand Wolford, U.S.-based knitwear label St John Knits, and Italian menswear brand Caruso. Lanvin Group’s revenue fell 23% YoY in fiscal 2024 to 328 million euros ($351 million).
