Nike launched the All Conditions Racing Department, a 22-member global trail running team including Chinese athletes Han Guangxiong and Ren Ti. The group will test prototypes, provide feedback, and support product development. Members have contributed to trials of the ACG Ultrafly trail shoe and Nike’s new Radical AirFlow material. The launch comes as Nike seeks to catch up in the fast-growing outdoor market. Euromonitor data shows China’s outdoor apparel sales nearly doubled from 2019 to 2025, while footwear rose 65%. Yet Nike’s China sales have posted double-digit declines for three straight quarters, and its global sportswear share dropped from 29% in 2021 to 26%.
