Coty Q4 revenue drops 8%, operating profit plunges

Coty released Q4 and full-year results for fiscal 2025 ended June 30. Q4 net revenue fell 8% to $1.25 billion, with operating profit plunging 55% to $15.5 million. For the full fiscal year, net revenue declined 4% to $5.89 billion, while operating profit dropped 56% to $241.1 million. The prestige beauty division generated $3.82 billion, down 1% YoY and comprising 65% of sales. Consumer beauty reported $2.07 billion, down 5%. CEO Sue Nabi noted resilient fragrance demand, with ultra-prestige fragrances growing 9%, prestige fragrances 2%, and mass fragrances 8%. For fiscal 2026, Coty forecasts comparable sales will decline 6-8% in Q1 and 3-5% in Q2.
