Loewe has announced the appointment of chef Chen Jie and screenwriter Qin Wen as the brand’s cultural advisors in China. The move reflects Loewe’s ongoing interest in local creative voices and cross-cultural engagement. Chen, trained in Kunqu opera, is known for blending theatrical rhythms into her culinary presentations. Qin, recognized for her work on TV dramas such as The First Half of My Life, Ode to Joy and Blossoms Shanghai, is noted for her nuanced portrayal of female perspectives. The two previously appeared as guests on Loewe's first Chinese-language podcast, Loewe FM, launched in May, where they discussed creativity and decision-making.
