VF Corp shares fall as Vans revenue plunges 22%

VF Corporation reported net revenue of $2.1 billion for Q4 FY2025, triggering a 15.8% drop in its stock price, from $14.43 to $12.15, following the announcement. While The North Face saw a 2% YoY revenue increase to $834.5 million and Timberland rose 10% to $376 million, the company was dragged down by steep declines at Vans (–22% to $492.6 million) and Dickies (–14% to $139.3 million). Regional revenue fell 6% in the Americas and 4% in EMEA, while APAC remained flat.
