U.S. fashion brand Tory Burch has announced a major restructuring of its international leadership team. Thibault Villet has been appointed President and Head of International for Asia-Pacific, Japan, and EMEA. Starting July 2025, Paolo Zullo will serve as President of Europe and the Middle East, managing retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations. Joshua Chen will become President of China on June 30, bringing prior experience from Loewe and Louis Vuitton. Japan President Edouard Roche and Asia Retail GM Carol Chiu will continue reporting to Villet, who will report directly to CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel.
