Nike announces exec reshuffle
Nike announced a series of executive changes to accelerate its “Win Now” strategy. Heidi O’Neill, President of Consumer, Product, and Brand, will retire in September after 26 years. Her role will be split into three divisions — Consumer and Sports, Marketing, and Product Innovation — reporting directly to CEO John Donahoe. Amy Montagne becomes Brand President, Phil McCartney is named EVP of Product Innovation, Nicole Graham is promoted to CMO, and Tom Clarke takes on the role of Chief Growth Strategy Officer.
