Ray-Ban parent reports 8.1% revenue growth in Q1

EssilorLuxottica, the parent company of Ray-Ban, reported an 8.1% YoY increase in revenue for the first quarter, reaching 6.85 billion euros ($7.29 billion). The growth was largely fueled by strong performance in the European market and rising demand for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. The Asia-Pacific region was the company’s fastest-growing market, with sales up 11% YoY to 852 million euros ($907 million), supported in part by increased demand for myopia management solutions. Amid ongoing tariff tensions, the company announced plans to implement minor price adjustments across several product lines in the U.S. market.
