Luxury e-commerce platform Mytheresa has expanded its partnership with Prada, becoming the brand’s global distribution partner across womenswear, menswear, and lifestyle collections. Initially launched in Europe, the collaboration now extends to the U.S., Canada, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific markets. In a strategic move, Mytheresa also announced its acquisition of a stake in Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP). Following the deal, its parent company will be renamed LuxExperience BV and listed under the ticker “LUXE” on the NYSE.
