LVMH-owned beauty retailer Sephora has adjusted its leadership structure in Asia, with CEO Guillaume Motte personally taking charge of the Greater China business to address growth challenges in the Chinese market. Former Sephora Asia President Alia Gogi resigned at the end of 2023 for family reasons, after which Motte began directly overseeing the China market. Meanwhile, Jenny Cheah continues to serve as Managing Director for Southeast Asia, India, and Oceania.
