Swire Properties this week revealed details of its Guangzhou Julong Bay project, including the development’s name, Guangzhou Julong Bay Taikoo Li. Located in the core Bai’e Tan area of Guangzhou’s Liwan district, the project is set to be completed in H1 2027. Luxury brands are expanding in Guangzhou, which lacks a second premium shopping center of Taikoo Hui’s caliber.
