Marriott International opened 123,000 new rooms globally in 2024, achieving a 6.8% net growth rate and bringing its development pipeline to over 577,000 rooms. The company operates more than 9,300 hotels across 144 countries. In Greater China, Marriott signed 463 new projects, representing over 104,000 rooms. The Asia-Pacific region saw a record 109 projects signed, contributing to Marriott’s continued growth.
