Hilton Q4 revenue hits $2.78B despite China RevPAR drop
Hilton’s Q4 performance showed a 6.67% YoY increase in revenue, reaching $2.783 billion, with net profit of $505 million. CEO Chris Nassetta expressed optimism, citing the potential positive impact of the U.S. election on business travel and the continued recovery of the Chinese market. While Hilton’s RevPAR in Asia-Pacific (excluding China) grew by 8.8% in Q4, China’s RevPAR declined by 4%, showing improvement from a 9% drop in Q3. Hilton anticipates a modest increase in China’s RevPAR in 2025, driven by fiscal stimulus and economic recovery.
