Tapestry partners with Adobe to explore digital twin technology

Tapestry, the parent company of Coach, is partnering with Adobe to explore the emerging potential of digital twin technology in design and product development. By creating virtual replicas from text and photos, this technology streamlines the design process, accelerates product development, and helps identify design flaws while reducing the need for physical samples.

According to a McKinsey report, the global digital twin technology market is projected to reach $73.5 billion by 2027. J.J. Camara, senior director of Digital Product Creativity at Tapestry, shared that digital twin technology has been implemented across the company’s brands — Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman — spanning various product categories, store displays, social media campaigns, and customization efforts.
