Chanel relocates Shenyang store amid retail strategy shift

Chanel opened its store at Shenyang MixC Mall on November 22. Previously occupied by Prada, this new store highlights the further refinement of MixC Mall’s high-end luxury offerings in Shenyang. Since entering the Chinese market in 1999, Chanel has operated a total of 18 stores. Notably, the Chanel store at Shenyang Forum 66 has permanently closed, marking the brand’s first store closure in China. Opened in November 2012, it was Chanel’s first store in Liaoning’s Shenyang and signified the brand's expansion into its seventh city in mainland China.
