Digital Luxury Group (DLG) has acquired Re-Hub, a Chinese technology firm specializing in AI-driven business intelligence for luxury brands, marking a key step in DLG’s growth strategy. This acquisition enables DLG to enhance its data intelligence capabilities and expand Re-Hub’s innovative solutions to a global clientele. Founded in 2017, Re-Hub offers a SaaS platform that includes modules for brand performance measurement, e-commerce optimization, gray market tracking, and pre-owned goods monitoring, serving over 150 luxury brands like Breitling and Ferragamo. DLG’s CEO, David Sadigh, expressed excitement about this partnership, which is part of a broader strategy to leverage AI for client benefits in China and beyond.
