Pinduoduo kicks off Singles’ Day campaign with merchant perks
It was announced on September 27 that Pinduoduo will launch its Singles’ Day (November 11) promotional campaign at midnight on October 14, nearly a week earlier than last year’s October 20 start. This year, Pinduoduo continues its “price reduction search and push weighting” policy from the June 18 sales event, allowing merchants to enhance their traffic weight for all discounted items, with orders during the campaign period not affecting historical lowest prices. The platform is increasing its efforts to attract brands by offering special promotional brand packages and dedicated pages for participating brands, alongside significant traffic investment. Participating brands will only need to match prices within their specified store range rather than across the entire network. Additionally, Pinduoduo will distribute a variety of promotional coupon packages to help merchants increase order numbers and has introduced several favorable policies for merchants, such as reducing service fees and lowering the minimum withdrawal amount.
