In August, Pudong International Airport recorded a total of 48,165 aircraft movements, a 13.52% increase YoY, and a passenger throughput of 7.434 million, up 27.13% YoY. Hongqiao International Airport had a total of 24,060 aircraft movements in August, a 3.73% increase YoY, and a passenger throughput of 4.357 million, up 14.72% YoY.
