Art Basel Paris partners with Miu Miu for public program
Art Basel Paris has named Miu Miu as the Public Program Official Partner for this year’s fair, taking place at the Palais d’Iéna. Founded by Miuccia Prada in 1993, Miu Miu’s project for the fair, titled Tales & Tellers, was conceived by Polish artist Goshka Macuga and draws from the brand’s Women’s Tales film commission, exploring themes of vanity and womanhood. The fair, running from October 18 to 20, will feature 195 galleries at the Grand Palais and new satellite venues, with special initiatives highlighting art before 1900 and themes like Surrealism and Queer identity.
