Chinese beauty brand Proya Cosmetics announced new board members and key management changes on September 12. Hou Yameng, formerly the company’s vice president, has been officially appointed as the general manager of Proya, succeeding Fang Yuyou. A co-founder of Proya, Fang has decided to step down from his roles as director and general manager for personal reasons. However, he will continue to serve as a co-founder and board advisor, providing support and guidance on the company’s strategic planning and management.
