Estée Lauder-backed Melt Season opens new China stores
High-end Chinese fragrance brand Melt Season announced via its WeChat account plans to open stores in Beijing and Shenzhen in early July. The new “Qiongyu” store in Beijing’s Longfu Temple area and the store in Shenzhen’s MixC Mall mark expansions beyond their existing Shanghai and Beijing locations, alongside a temporary space in Nanjing. Established in 2020, Melt Season has grown rapidly, securing three rounds of financing, including a strategic investment from Estée Lauder’s New Incubation Ventures in late 2023.
