Christie’s two-day Important Watches live sale in Hong Kong on May 27-28, 2026, realized HK$279,463,190 ($35,663,779), with 93% of lots sold and hammer prices 129% above low estimate — a 40% YoY increase. Buyers came from 45 countries, with 47% of new buyers being millennials or younger and nearly half transacting online. A rare Patek Philippe Sky Moon Tourbillon Ref. 5002P-001 led the sale at HK$14,164,000 ($1,807,543). An F.P. Journe Chronomètre à Résonance Black Label “Parking Metre” RT set a world auction record at HK$12,065,000 ($1,539,679). Overall, six world auction records were set, including for Patek Philippe, F.P. Journe, Harry Winston, and Lange & Söhne.
