Moncler has promoted Mina Piccinini to president of Moncler Grenoble — while she retains her role as chief corporate strategy officer — and appointed Rod Manley, former chief international brand officer, as chief marketing officer. The changes, part of an internal restructuring under executive chairman Remo Ruffini, are aimed at deepening Moncler’s mountain heritage division and elevating global marketing. Moncler’s three business lines are Genius, Collection, and Grenoble, with the latter specializing in performance skiwear and mountain leisure. Piccinini will oversee full-chain operations for Grenoble, from product development to in-store execution. Manley will lead global brand strategy.
