Coach parent Tapestry raised its annual forecasts for the third time this fiscal year after beating quarterly estimates, driven by strong demand from younger shoppers for Coach’s Tabby handbags and Kate Spade leather goods. The group now expects fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $7.95 billion and earnings per share of $6.95, surpassing analysts’ projections. Third-quarter revenue rose to $1.92 billion, with adjusted earnings of $1.66 per share. Shares climbed approximately 4% in premarket trading, with Tapestry reporting 31% revenue growth in Europe and 20% in North America despite broader global luxury headwinds.
